December 30 2009 091424 am as long as the stain is oil based you can use anyone of em. I usually use a 5050 mixture of ms. Boiled linseed oil should take 24 72 hours to dry. Or mix up the stain w the blo.
Linseed oil will absorb into the grain even on a molecular level with wood preserving it and giving its surface high durability. Make sure you leave it to dry in the shade not the sun.
