My short list would include the delta 36 725 or the g0771.

Delta 36 725 vs ridgid r4512. A legit concern with the customer service with delta. I narrowed it down to the delta 36 725 and the rigid r4513. But it does look like ridgid has resolved a lot of the issues now. Taking it back for the other model ridgid r4512 or the delta 36 725.

I purchased a r4512 in january of 2013 and although ridgid has sent me new rail components and a complete new fence it still is pretty difficult to get a straight rip. The delta has a better fence and a better track record than the r4512 imo anyway. Could be interesting in the long run even post warranty because the motor in the delta isnt your standard motor that youd find at harbor freight or tractor supply or any other old contractor saw. Oh and before somebody throws the grizzly g0771z into the mix i am not wiling to go the extra 400 this would cost. The g0771 offers a full enclosure solid cast wings comparable fence to the r4512 and cabinet mounted trunnions.
